SellUp provides tools for users to publish listings, find items, and communicate. Unless a SellUp feature expressly says otherwise, SellUp is not the buyer, seller, owner, inspector, shipper, broker, or guarantor of an item.

Check before you agree

• Ask relevant questions and inspect the item.
• Verify serial numbers, ownership, measurements, compatibility, and condition when relevant.
• Agree clearly on price, pickup or delivery, and payment.
• Keep receipts or a written record for high-value transactions.
